Spouse visa granted ...

Hi All,

I just want to share this good news that my application for a spouse settlment visa has been granted.
I have applied for my wife, daughter (3 yrs old) and son (6 months old)

Although I have not posted any topic for settlement visa, I have been looking at all posts to find wait times, documentation needed, success cases. I have also posted few pms to nare72.
I would like to thank every one for sharing valuable information.

Visa stamped: Probably 16/06/2010
Visa collected today from VFS Hyderabad. 21/06/2010

BHC has stmaped the visa as "Spouse/CP". Since 2003 my wife have stayed in UK for approximately 23 months. (with work permit dependent visa)
Can I ask BHC for KOL endorsement.? or can I apply for ILR once my wife is in UK (after passing life in UK test)
Does my wife need to do medical check up again before travelling to UK? Please advise. If yes, please suggest me if any such information is there ..
