Dependant visa (need help in filling VAF 10 form)

Hi Friends & Seniors,
Thanks everyone I am getting a lot of help from this forum. I am in Uk and my wife is filling dependent visa from india.
I need to help her to fill the VAF10 form for depdendant visa. Here are few questions (which may sound silly to few, but its good to have right answer)

3.2 Home Landline telephoneIs it mandatory to have a Landline phone? Can't we give a mobile number as Home phone?

Part 7 About the main applicant
7.1 How are you related to the main applicant?
What shouuld my wife fill here (Spouse/Wife/Civil Partner or something else?)

7.19 When is the job or course of study expected to finish?
(I have a permanent job here and visa is valid till next 1.5 yrs only, what shall she fill here?)
