ILR application but husband in jail

ILR application but husband in jail

My friend will apply for her ilr in 2 weeks, problem is her husband is in jail since she came to the UK on a spouse visa nearly 2 years ago

Will she have problems that they not living together ?

Sorry to say but I think your friend will have lot of problems in getting ILR as her husband in is Jail. I would recommend to contact solicitor.
