Guys, Really need some help here. I have few questions on preveous earnings. My march Month payslip has a lot of additional components. Below is the sample format of my March month's Pay slip.

CONVEYANCE = 500
BASKET ALLOWANCE = 3000
INCENTIVE BONUS PLAN = 2000
UNCLAIMED MEDICAL TAXABLE = 500
UNCLAIMED LTA TAXABLE = 500
Total Earnings = 8000

Deductions Rs.
PF = 200
Professional tax = 200
Income Tax = 200
Total Dedections = 600

Net Pay(Earning-Deduction) = 7400

Here are my questions,
1) Should I submit any additional proof for confirming that the "Basket Allowance","incentive","medical","LTA" are part of my salary package?
2) If I am considering my Gross Salary, should i submit any proof for "PF", "professional Tax", "Income tax".
3) I can submit the Income tax Return Statement. But it covers only till the last financial year end (March 31 2010). What proof I can show for the months after March?
