Sponsorship Undetaking Question

Post by Q4sim » Sun Jun 27, 2010 8:05 pm

Hey all,
I have a question regarding the SU07/01 Sponsorship Undertaking form.
The second page states "For Official Use Only". Who Signs and dates this page? A solicitor? Or someone at the BHC?
Should I leave this page blank?

Thank You

A look back at your previous posts suggests it is a spouse visa that is being applied for. If that is the case then why are you asking about that form?

As John has indicated, you don't need this form for a spouse visa application. I believe it's only required for dependant visa applications.

For a spouse visa application that form is not needed.
