Tier 1 G Dependent Question Below the age of 21

Hi,

Quick question about the dependent category, to my understanding if one's British citizen or ILR their to get married to someone and sponsor them to come to UK She / he needs to be at least 21. But does that rule apply on all categories including Tier 1 G?

Age requirements for spouses or civil partners
35. In order to be granted entry clearance as a spouse, civil partner, unmarried or same sex partner, the family member and the main applicant must be aged 18 or over on the date he/she is due to arrive in the United Kingdom.
