i will put my file b4 19th july and i m thinking to put my file without taking any counsultant or counsultancy......is it possible to put our own way....than how to arrange files documents?

Have you filled VAF9 form and collected all documents/ supporting evidences

Make it category wise

VAF9, PBS appendix1
PBS calculator PDF print out
(Put these in one folder)

Age - Passport ( No folder)

Qualification - Documents ( folder)

Earnings - Documents ( folder)

Bank statements or letter for funds
& finally proof of your English Lang requirement (Documents)
