previous earnings period

Hi,

For previous earnings, we can use a 12 month period in the last 15 months prior to date of application; and the dates are calendar months I guess. Can I include full income I received for working in April 2009 if I apply now or must pro-rate it for the remaining days in April the period would be valid?
It was paid to me at the end of April 2009.

I want to apply this month July 2010 for Tier 1.
I have got the salary slips for Month May 2009 to April 2010.
Will I be eligible?
