suggest regarding application to Ireland

Hi everybody,

My friend was on student visa and was here for 3 years and he finished his course and went back to his country.
And now he wants to come to ireland again to join in another course in a college so wants to apply for the student visa again.
So pls suggest what are the chances in this regard.
Will he success with the application again.Pls suggest.

Actually, his chances depends on the immigration officer that will handle his application.
But there are many things to look at. for instance,
did he leave the state on completion of his former course or program?
Did he do well on the program or course?
Do he has enough financial resources?
If the answer to the above questions are "yes" then his chances will be much brighter.

Thanks for the quick response.
Yes he completed his course and got the degree too.
Yes he has enough financial resources.
The only thing is he did not pay his last 2 or 3 installments of loan.
it is only about 500 euro.
will it effect if he starts with the new application?
pls suggest.

If he has enough financial resources, I think he'd better contact the company/bank he owes to pay all loans. Then, there's nothing to worry about.
