ACCA Qualification on Tier 1 Post study URGENT PLEASE HELP

Hi there I am about to complete the ACCA and I am not eligible for the ACCA Oxford Brookes degree. I know that in the policy guidance it says PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL QUALIFICATION Not ACCEPTABLE. I m in kaplan financial where advisors are saying ACCA now a recognised degree for Tier 1 post study work (PSW). Also follow the link;

Can somebody send me a working link for the official facts of the case, also can I still apply for PSW based in my acca qualification if I have a letter from UK NAARIC confirming ACCA equivalent to UK Masters Degree. Plz reply its Urgent.......thks

From past cases I have read, the ACCA degree is not qualified for a PSW.. I cant be bothered to find the exact case at the moment.. do some research in this forum..
