Info needed for Fund reqired for Dependent visa application

I am planning to apply a dependent application for my wife

I am on tier 1 general for last 1 year and before that I had a HSMP visa for two years
I dont have a salary comming in my bank account for two months beuause I had lost my job during that time and now started a new job since june, in the end of june my bank balance was more than 2000 pounds after salary comes in now my questoion is if I had atleast 4000 at the end of september am I in save place to apply

You require to show 3months maintenance funds of 800+533Gbp (safeside) so with ur current 2000Gbp shd do the job

Now my situation is changed I have minimum 1400 pounds only for the first of the 3 months is it still going to be ok

Do you mean you would have maintained a balance of at least GBP 1400 in the three months just prior to the date of application? If so, you should be fine.

i will be apply ing as tier 1 dependant along with my son from pakistan .my husband wasin uk on tier 2 visa for more than 12 months and recently got tier1 in uk.Can you please explain the maintanace requirement for us in hubbys account.is it

If the main applicant has been in UK for more than 12 months irrespective of the visa category, you DO NOT REQUIRE to show funds for main applicant. He/she only needs to show 533£ for each dependent who is applying to enter UK or extended leave in UK

In your case
533+533£ should be fine
