urgent - How to include short term onsite earnings

urgent - How to include short term onsite earnings

I am planning to show past earning from 01-jul-09 to 30-jun-10. I was deputed to Germany for 21 days in Jul 2009 and got some 2000 euros as allowance in addition to my indian salary. Can i show this also as past earnings?
( i have deputation letter and bank statement for the euros)

Is there a need to convert the indian salary for those 21 days to euro, as place of residence was Germany? this is what i heard from previous applicants?

Seniors, Please help on how to add this to past earnings- as this is very urgent!!
