Query on Part 7 of Tier-1 General application form

Post by innu » Mon Jul 05, 2010 8:57 am

Hi,

I am going to apply for Tier-1 (General) for myself and I have a question on Part7 of the VAF9 form.

I have the maintenance fund of 2800 GBP to claim 10 points. I will be applying for my Wife's dependant visa later if mine gets through. But the Part 7 of VAF9 has confused me.

Do i still need to show 1600 GBP apart from 2800 GBP even if I am not submitting any dependant application now?

The section says that i should have 2800 GBP for myself and 1600 GBP for dependant even if they wish to join later.

Regards
Innu

I believe you can just show 2800 GBP for now if you are not applying for dependent along with you...good luck!!
