Did any one get the UK student visa after getting refused from USA for 4 times?

No specific reason

, they give all refusal a same letter mentioning that v r prospective immigrants for them..

Well they have to give a reason. They can't just say "we don't like immigrants" in their refusal notice. Anyways, yes you can still get a uk student visa, unless you got refused for deception, false papers, etc...
