Dependent visa applying after 19th July, will I be impacted

hello All,

I had been away from the forums for a long time now.

I am on Tier -1 . Planning to apply for my wife not before the 19th July.
Will her application be impacted as there is a cap on the no.of applications?
I have not read any rules /new visa rules post 19th July.

So wanted a quick reply whether dependents app will be impacted or not.

afaik, the cap will apply only to T1 & T2 main applicants applying on & after 19th July
