Documents required for Tier1 when applying from UK

Hi,

I am in UK for last 4 months in deputation from my indian employer. I want to apply for Tier1. I am having my degree transcripts and certificates with me. My degree present in PBS.

I can show the below documents:

age - passport
education/english - degree transcript and certificates
previous earnings - NOT SURE
maintenance - bank statement frim UK bank for last 3 months

For previous earnings do i need to collect attested salary slips and bank statements for last 12 months from india? Is there any way out to get it from UK.

Also, please let me know if any other document is required other than above mentioned.

Hi
You need to have all documents as mentioned in Tier1 Application.I believe in india, banks will not provide montly statment on paper and its available on request. Hence, you need to have your 12 month bank statement and the original salary slip. Else, you should have the attested copies of them.
