Shall I apply for Tier 1 by post or in person

Post by rick123 » Mon Jul 05, 2010 8:29 pm

Hi,

I am applying for Tier 1 (HSMP) visa and have collected all the required documents. I want to know if I should apply in person or by post.

Please note that I have claimed some points for overseas earnings. I am not worried about the extra cost.

I have been told by my friends that if you apply by post then they come back incase any addition / correction is required to the submitted document. Is that also the case when applying in person?

Do I need to produce letter from the bank stating I have been maintaining enough funds for past 90 days along with bank statement? Or just the statement will do.

Please guide, it is extremely urgent.

by post or person, either is Ok I guess . If the bank statements are original(on official stationery), no need of a supporting letter
