Maintenance fund for dependents

Dear All,

I've got Tier 1 visa (outside UK) and now i want to apply for my wife and children.

Now, what amount i have to show in maintenance funds for my wife and child:

ME + wife + Child
2800 +1600+1600 = GBP 6000 (held in my account from last three months)

OR
Wife + Child
1600+1600 = GBP 3200 (held in my account from last three months)
