Regarding Self Employment

I am employed and working as self employed Tutor. I am registered as self employed.

I been offered a role of finance Consultancy with a company. They will pay into my account. i will invoice them accordingly.

My question is I am registeretd with HM Revenue as Tutor only, do I have do inform HM revenue regarding this or there is no need.

what is the HO requierement

being a sole trader can i do more than one different self employment work?

please advise me what is the best way forward!!
