Hi guys one of my friend is going to apply HSMP under age 28 . His birth date is 22 May 1976 so on 22 may 2004 he will be age of 28 years. Now he is going to apply in two days by FedEx and they will receive it till 17 or 18 may. Will he be eligible for HSMP under 28 or not.
Please reply as soon as possible so that he can take any decision.

If HSMP team receive application before 22nd May - which is most likely the case if the documents are sent immidetaly using FEDEX or DHL, then the case will be teated as under 28 application..



If for some mysterious reasons the document get there after 22nd May - then the application will be assessed as over 28!!!

So get your skates on - if you wanna claim the 5 points 8)

even if the app is received by HSMP team on 22nd May, it will be considered under 28. One of my friend had the same issue and his app reached HSMP team on his birthday (as per DHL tracking). He was unsure of it and later got the HSMP approval.
