Proof of funds for sponsor application

I have to show sponsor financial status as part of an application. I have investments in ns&I premium bonds. I was wondering if that will be accepted as a proof of funds or do I need to show funds only in bank accounts.

you can show them , i did the same. you probably get a yearly statement. try and request an up to date statement and won't be a problem
