H1b Visa issue will cause any issue to HSMP visa?

Hi,

My friend has got permanent denial to USA. Does this create any issues HSMP visa future?

There is a question in the vaf9 form if the applicant has been denied visa to any county including the UK in the past ?

It is best not to lie here. The Entry Clearance Officer might make a decision on the reasons for his to the USA.
