Process to open company

Hi,


1. Can PSW visa holders open private limited compnay? My understanding is yes they can, but I just wanted to confirm.

2. What is the process to open a company? How much does it cost? Accountant cost? Can anyone who has done it please share the experience?

3. My regular job salary falls short for Tire 1 General. So I want to work as self employed person in addition to my regular job. I want to use this additional income in order to become eligible for Tier 1 General. This is the main reason I want to open private limited company, take contract work or freelance work and pay myself. Can anyone see any problem in this approach?
