Spouse Visa during ban

Hi,

I have married my Indian GirlFriend (got married outside of UK). I know that we could now apply for a spouse visa, but my now Wife if currently on a 10 year Ban as a previous application she made whilst in UK (HSMP) was classed as fraud.

Now that we are married does that make any difference or does the ban still count and we can't apply to ger her a spouse visa?

Hi,

I doubt you can apply in a different category as the ban is on entry into the UK.
