Hi All,

I am in UK and planning to file depandent visa application for my new born baby with below mentioned documents.

Can you please have a look and advise if any changes needs to be done.

• Covering letter
• PBS Dependent Application (Version 04/10) form duly filled and signed.
• Passport of Applicant
• 2 Photographs
• Birth Certificate as Relationship and Date of Birth Proof.
• Last 3 Months Bank statements detailing the Maintenance Fund evidence. I am showing GBP 800 + 533 + 533 = 1866 GBP or more as minimum balance during last three months.
• Copy of First, last , Surname and Tier1 Visa pages of main applicant’s passport.
• Last 3 months pay slips
• Last 3 Months Bank Statement showing salary getting credited to my account(different account statement then above mentioned).
• Council tax letter as Address proof.
• My Marriage certificate.
• Copy of First, last , Surname and Tier1 Visa pages of my wife’s passport.
