URGENT DEPENDENTS VISA - SENIOR PLS REPLY ASAP

Dear All,

I've got Tier 1 visa from Dubai on June 15, 2010. After getting visa i resigned from my job and come to UK on 30 June 2010.
After staying 10 days in London i come back to Dubai to file visa of my wife and child. I have bank account maintained in Dubai.

Can I apply visa for my dependents from here on not?

Documents:
1. Dependants Passport
2. Marriage certificate in English.
3. Bank statement showing GBP 6000 maintained from last 3 months.
4. My visa copy.

Is this OK or do i need anything else.

Also, include some form of accomodation proof in UK..this can be in the form of hotel booking or tenancy agreement if you have sorted out place to live in UK during your 10 days visit in Uk

I also came to UK last year from Dubai where I was working then. My family later applied from Pakistan, however if your family's Dubai residency visa is still valid then you can apply from Dubai. You must confirm this from Abu Dhabi VFS who not only process much faster than Dubai but are also quite approachable.
