Which form should I use ?

Hi
My friend is in London on Student Visa. She wants to invite her 6 year old son for a month to UK, and his Uncle will accompany him as an escort.

I have the following questions:
1. Which form should the child fill ? ( Family visitor, general Visitor etc )
2. Which form should his uncle fill ?
3. His uncle will be showing the money in his account and property to support him and the child. In that case what is the minimum balance my friend needs to show in her account in UK ? and is there is any specific time for which the money shud be there in the account?

2. Family visitor only if applicant is related to the person living in UK. Else, general visitor.
