Which VISA center should I apply

Post by visa_uk007 » Wed Jul 21, 2010 5:19 am

Greetings All,

Since I am new to Tier 1 Visa Rules,I am stuck up with a basic question.

Currently I am working in Vancouver, canada on a work permit and is planning to apply for a Tier 1 General.

I am not sure where will I file my application. Will it be back in India from where I originally belong or is it going be filed in Canada.

Any suggestion or help would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

It is entirely upto you.

You can apply from the VFS office in Canada or you can travel back to India and then apply from a VFS office in India.
