Hi everyone,just want to know when is the right time for me to apply for my PR confirmation.
I entered the UK with an EEA FP in Nov 2006 and I later applied for my RC which was issued in Oct
2007 and its valid till oct 2012,should I wait till 2012 when my RC expires or apply for it in Nov 2011 which is the time I would have five years in the UK.
I'm a bit confuse when you should start counting your five years rersidency,does it start on the day you entered the
UK to join your spouse or the day you were issued with the RC. Thanks in advance

It Starts form the time you joined your married partner....

You can apply any time after Nov 2011.....
