Wakf board certificate valid?

Hi All,

I want to apply for dependent visa and as a Muslim i only have nikhama as a marriage certificate.I went to registrar office and they told me to register my marriage under special marriage act law in India which is a long process and even that law is for intercaste marriage.

As we both are Muslim there is no law to register my marriage .

Please can any one advise which valid certificate should I produce?

Wakf board certificate with notary is enough?

Marriage certificates from Wakf board are very much accepted not Kikkah nama.

Take ur Nikah nama to walf borad to apply for a marriage certificate.

Thats waht we used to apply for entry clearance(spouse visa) in india....they are written in english aswell along with urdu.
