Tier 1 dependent visa query

I plan to apply for a Tier 1 (General) in a couple of months for me and my wife (dependent). I just found out that my wife is pregnant. Was wondering if this would in any way affect our application? I browsed through the Tier 1 forms and to my surprise didn't find any field which asks a woman if shez pregnant while applying.

I am confused if she would be granted a visa at this stage.

This (pregnancy) is irrelevant.
