accomodation arrangement for fiancee visa >>>

a friend of mine told me , that , we should also send a document
" property survery report or sumthink like that "
which shows the length and width of the room ??? central heating condition etc ,

can anyone tell me where can i make it from ?
also my fiancee is renting one bedroom in a 2 house flat , is it ok for finacee visa ?

1 bedroom = a couple is ok ?

Ask your local Council,if not then most estate agents do them.

1 bed should be enough for a couple

Its called a "Housing report for Immigration purposes"

Please do not provide inaccurate information until you know the full facts.

Reports done by estate agents are perfectly acceptable and I used one without any issues. Price varies depending on your location and various other factors, I had my report done by an estate agent as it was half the cost of a council report!

Furthermore, a council's report would provide more weight in the eyes of the home office than a "chartered company" as it is a official government body not not some private limited company.
