I am currently doing a fulltime job and a part time job.

My total earnings are 5,50,000 INR. (4,75,000 on full-time job and 75,000 on part-time job) which is 40486 pounds.

For my part-time job I am not paying any tax. Can I show it as proof of earnings. Will there be any additional documents I need to produce if I have to show my part-time job income.

I would be eligible only if I combine both the salaries.

Please let me know your thaughts on this

You need to show two independent sources of income as per the guidance. Go through the guidance document for list of valid documentation that is accepted by UKBA such as pay slips, bank statements, account letters, tax returns, etc.
