Move to another country during the visa process subclass 176

Hi,

Do you think is it going to be a problem, if I submit my application for applying Permanenct Residence Visa (subclass 176) then in the middle of waiting time, I move to another country ?
I knew that I can tell them for the new address, but I am not sure whether my situation will give me a problem later on or not ?

Also just estimation, how long usually I can get the bridging VISA when I am applying the PR Visa (Subclass 176).

Any comment I appreciate it.
