Company Offer Letter

HI All,

I just submitted my VISA application form and have one question, do we need the present company offer letter to be produced with the VISA form or somewhere for the reference ?, one of my friend submitted the VISA in the same centre 2 days back and one of the VFC guy has asked him to submit the offer letter, But during my turn , no one asked me the same and i could not find out any reference in the UK Border site for Tier 1 , could somebody help me if that is really required or an optional one ?

No such requirement. And offer letter from "present" employer doesn't have any relevance from Tier 1 perspective, anyway.

provided you have submitted the other set of documents filfiling the earning side of things.

Like payslips plus bank statements etc etc
