No body has answered my question yet

It looks life my current employer is holding the technical change of employment giving me all sort of reasons such as they haven't got the change over documents and the person is on leave.

All this will it effect my ILR application which was sent in on 9.6.2010?

Is there any chance I stand?

I would really appreciate if you could shade some idea and experiences,

Thanks
Nathan
