Forms to be filled for over 18 children for ILR

I am on work permit since 17/01/2006 and entered in uk on 22/01/2006 with my two dependent children (under 18 ). I am due to apply ILR in Dec 2010. which forms(SET O or SET F) I have to use for my two children who are now over 18. They are living with me since 22/01/2006.

I believe it is Set(O)
