Traffic offense documentation

What traffic offenses do we have to declare and what documentation is required? I am applying from US and have the following:

1) Speeding ticket (2 points)
2) Rear-ended another car (2 points)
3) Driving with expired car registration (0 points)

All of the fines were paid in due time but the record we got from the Department of Motor Vehicles does not indicate there was a fine or that it was paid. They cannot provide any further documentation and also cannot go beyond 3 years to show 2 more speeding tickets.

-Will these violations be a problem?
-Is the documentation provided enough?
-Do we have to get documentation or declare the 2 older speeding tickets?

Well Uk have no system to check traffic violence in USA.

So have a chill.
