Claiming earnings period: 23/May/09 - 23/May10
OANDA currency exchange od date: 23/May/10 (last day of claiming period)
Bank statment of earnings: 06/AUG/10
Bank statment of maintenace: 06/AUG/10

Employers salary statment: 20/Jun/10 (company where I work currently)
Previous employer salary statment: 05/Jun/10 (company where I have been working last year)

Please, are the all dates OK?

Everything looks okay, please bear in mind you can claim only for 12 consecutive months in previous 15 months.

You need to show your bank statement for those 12 months which you will be claiming points for.

Maintenance fund statement should not be older then a month before you apply.
