i am applying for Tier 1 General Visa on 11-Aug-10.
Following are my queries
1. I have worked with two employers
01-aug-2009 to 31-Dec-2009 and 05-Jan-2010 to 31-Jul-2010
Do I need to show the exchange rate as on 31-Dec-2009 (as 1st earning period) and 31-Jul-2010 (as 2nd earning period).

For the same, In appendix 1 form, section 4.5 for start and end of period for which earnings are claimed, SHould I write 01-Aug-2009 to 31-Jul-2010 or split as per my employment in two organisations (as 01-aug-09 to 31-dec-09 and 05-jan-10 to 31-jul-2010).

In section 4.6 we need to include details of employer, name of business and start and end dates of source of earnings, as space is less, could we include such details in cover letter?

In section 4.9 full contact details are required. Does this contact details include only about employers or also about the bank for statements?

Please advise.

Reading the guidance suggested. According to guidance, the currency conversion should be based on the last day of the earnings period.

You can split it in the earnings.

Whatever possible could be accommodated in the application. Full details to be given in the covering letter.

In section 4.9 full contact details are required. Does this contact details include only about employers or also about the bank for statements?

Bank contact details are present in the maintenance letter issued by bank. If section 4.9 is about earnings, it corresponds to employers alone (I do not have the application with me, it is suggested to check from your end)

4.9 Provide full contact details that will allow each of the documents provided to be verified if necessary. Please also provide
here any additional information or explanation of the documentation provided, that will assist the Entry Clearance Officer in their
consideration of the earnings being claimed.

So,provide all the contact details of all those who can confirm the authenticity of all the documents you used.
