Tier1 dependant application fund query

Hi Seniors

I am in Tier1(General) visa and working in UK. I am about to get married in 3 months time and my wife will be applying for Tier 1 (G) Dependant visa from India after that.

Although I will not be able to stay long to apply it by myself but I will be providing all the documents needed from my side including Maintenance funds.

My question is how much minimum balance I have to maintain for this 3 months for my wifes dependant application?

I am a bit confused as my wife will be applying out of the country (from India) will that be £1600 or as I am already in uk more than a year it is going to be £550?

Please forgive me if it is a dumb query but I really need to have a clear undersanding for this as I do not want complications later on.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
