HI,

I HAVE GOT MY TIER1 VISA ON 4TH OF AUGUST 2010 ..

ITS A IN COUNTRY APPLICATIONFROM TIER2 ICT TO TIER1

I WORK FOR AN INDIAN COMPANY SHOULD I INFORM MY EMPLOYER ABOUT MY VISA STATUS CHANGE NOW OR WAIT UNTIL I GET ANOTHER JOB AND THEN RESIGN FROM THIS JOB..

PLS LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

You dont need to inform them its up to you if you d want to let them know or not.

AFAIK, you need to inform the company of your status.

You must report this to your Employer ASAP and they will certainly ask you for your Original documents and keep a photocopy for their reference.

That depends on your employer and between you and your employer, when they find out that you did not inform them about you no longer requiring a sponsorship ... and they, in turn, failed to report it to UKBA!
