EU Family permit and self employed help please

hi guys

I need some advice regarding the EU family permit I'm Eu currently employed in UK since 4 years but I'm thinking to become self employed and I just wonder whether that will be ok when my husband apply for Family permit he is non EU ?Will I be still consider as exercising treaty rights?

Do i have to buy self health insurance or its only apply for EU if self sufficient?
