Prrof of earnings for contractor

Hi evryone,
I have a question regarding proof of earnings for Tier 1.

I have worked with a company for a period of 3 months on a project on contract basis. My question is what documents do i need to submit for Tier 1 General application as a proof of earnings for this contractual work. Currently I am working as a salaried employee. Also which category will this part of earning fall? i assume its contractor, but i do not have an accountant.

Please help.

hi Usman,

You can get the Experience Letter from that company and secondly you can show your BANK STATEMENT for the transactions done by that company. You have to provide 2 proofs for the earning from different resources:

1. Your experience letter gonna be one proof .( clearly metnioned the contact person name and stamp ..........in case if they verify )

2. Your bank statement ..(over the claimed period ie 3 months)

along with bank statement you will need letter from your accountant.

experience letter is not considered as a proof in case of contractor

one more thing if you are in UK then you need to get your self registered as self employed

You need

1. HMRC registration (utr)
2. Bank statemets
3. net profit letter from accountant
4. Gross sales letter from accountant
5. Accounts fromm accountant
