Earnings & Maintenance Funds: Same bank statement ok?

Post by JeanBaptise » Sun Aug 15, 2010 5:20 pm

Can the same set of bank statements (one original set) be used as proof for both Earnings and Maintenance Funds?

The UKBA site says its ok to use the same set for both Earnings and UK Experience, but its not clear on the Maintenance Funds requirement.

In fact, I'd also like to use the same bank statements as proof for the Maintenance Funds requirement for the dependent application if that's possible.

Any advice? Thanks!

yes you can use same statement for earnings, maintenance and dependant maintenance if the statement is in the main applicant's name.
