WP + HSMP JR (5 years) - question

Post by LittleMonkey » Wed Aug 18, 2010 5:29 pm

Hi,

Thanks for all the info on the forum.

I entered UK in Sept 2005 on a company sponsered WP. I got my HSMP in Aug 2006 and got visa stamped on Oct 2006. I have a few questions.

1. As my HSMP is between 3 April 2006 and 7 November 2006, can i apply for ILR under the 5 year JR? Will the year spent on WP still be counted?

2. Most of my stay has been on flatshare and not sure whether the landlord included my details for council tax. will this have any impact?

Thanks a lot

I am not quite sure regarding your first question may be it is a good idea to email the home office directly.

Regarding question 2 it does not matter if you lived as a PG accomodation. if you have last 3 months bank statements, payslips and p60's, letter from the employer it would be sufficient
