Post by ratnakiran » Fri Aug 20, 2010 3:52 pm

hi,
I have tier-1 general visa valid from 15-03-2010.
I am planning to go to UK in october first week.
Before that i want to apply dependent visa for my wife.I am maintaing the required funds for more than 6 months.
My question is to apply for dependent visa for my wife , I required to be present in UK and should I submit my employement details?
Because i dont have any offer with me right now.
I want to go along with my wife in october.
Plz suggest me whether i can apply dependent visa for my wife with out having any offer/pay slips for the main applicant.
Rest of the things i can able to provide like invitaion letter, counsil tax, marriage certificate and photos etc...

You may apply for dependent EC while yourself being outside UK and / or without an offer / employment in the UK.
