Hi, I have satisfactory documents and evidences for switching from Tier 2 to Tier 1. However I do not want to take a chance while applying to UKBA. Should I self apply or go through a solicitor/immigrant lawyer knowing fully well that the later is a rip-off? Please advise based upon your own experience.
