flr review

Post by dheerubond » Thu Dec 22, 2005 10:23 pm

In my case, my WP was accepted and flr(IED) was rejected on gorunds that I have formally not completed my education in UK as yet. The letter I sent to the home office stated that I would graduate in march 2006. Hence they refused my flr. But the whole scenario was, that I had my final transcript which they never demanded. Hence, after refusal I spoke to my case worker, and now she says me to send in the transcripts, what are my chances of getting a positive flr review now? Do they ever do reviews on flr's? Coz in my case they said that I do not have a right to appeal.

I am not sure what your chances are, but they do review their decisions. If you send in a request for review to their direct address, they will respond to it. Their address should be mentioned in the letter they sent to you. I think the review will be handled by a peer or the line manager.
