Do Biometric details required for deendent from pakistan

My wife will apply for the Tier 1 dependent visa in the form they ask for Biometeric details is it needed in my case as I am living in uk but my wife is in pakistan

If yes then please provide details how to get it done from pakistan

Which form you are filling ?

on Vaf 10 there is no requirement of Biometric.
Can you please confirm as on VAF 10 from UKVACPK you only need tb certificate, but no biometric.

Yes its VAF 10 form at the end of form its says biometric details in required documents
my wife will apply for tier 1 dependent from pakistan she is not in uk

When application is to submitted outside the UK, use forms on UKVisas website.

I check the web site it the vaf10 form for pbs is their and it says In apenex A that biomrtric is one of the requirement
please someone tell me is it required or not

It is required, but not in the way you may be suspecting.

I think i m getting but confused why u says not the way i am suspecting because aftet reading url i think yes itd required and now i m not sure not sure abt the ptocedure how to get it it done in pakistan

Your wife's biometric details will be taken at the visa application centre (Gerrys), when she goes to submit her application. They will scan the applicant's finger prints and take a photo.
